Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police and fire investigators are looking into a series of fires that recently occurred in the city’s Tipperary Hill area, including several that they have determined were intentionally set.

Of the seven fires, they say three were intentionally set. The origins of three fires have not been determined. A deadly fire that occurred on Cayuga Street is still under investigation.

Police declined to disclose the locations of the other fires. All of the fires under investigation occurred between May 4 and June 18.

Police want residents in the Tipperary Hill area to call them at (315) 442-5222 or 911 if they have any information or see any suspicious activity in the area.
