NewsChannel 9 will be broadcasting live from the Fairgrounds weekdays. Stop by NewsChannel 9's Broadcast Center next to Chevrolet Court near the Dairy Products building.

Noon - 12:30 p.m.: NewsChannel 9 at Noon
5:00 - 6:30 p.m.: NewsChannel 9 at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00
Giveaways
During Bridge Street at Chevrolet Court, we will be passing out gifts to the crowd. At 4:30 p.m. each weekday, we will be playing trivia outside our Broadcast Center, with another chance to win prizes. During the newscasts at Noon, 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00, a limited number of NewsChannel 9 bags will be distributed to folks in the audience.

While your at the Fair, be sure to stop by the NewsChannel 9 Store, located at our Broadcast Center near the entrance to the Dairy Products Building.
The store is open every day of the Fair from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

This year the calendar also includes a special poster celebrating NewsChannel 9's 50 years of serving Central New York. The poster inludes lots of photos from our archives.
We'll also have NewsChannel 9 gear on sale, incluidng a special 50th Anniversary t-shirt.
Plus, we'll have hats, rain ponchos, and more.

Each day of the 2012 New York State Fair, NewsChannel 9 will give away 20 earbud headphones.
The first 20 people who come to the NewsChannel 9 store during its regular hours, next to the entrance to the Dairy Building near Chevy Court, and show either the NewsChannel 9 WSYR App or Storm Team Weather App on their phone will get a pair of earbuds
The NewsChannel 9 store will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day of the State Fair, August 23 through September 3.
Only one pair of earbuds will be given out per person, per day.
The Oneida Savings Bank Prize Vault is back for another year. Stop by to sign up for your chance to go into the booth and scoop up as many prizes as you can in 30 seconds.
We'll fire up the prize vault at the following times on weekdays (not including Labor Day):
Twice during Bridge Street (10:00 - 11:00 a.m.)
Once during NewsChannel 9 at Noon
Once at 3:30 p.m.
Twice between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
