just saying police shouldn't depend on the public to recognize suspects in order to find them. with all the evidence they had this case should have open and shut. makes me wonder what would happen if no one recognized these people. would they be out there tonight breaking into cars?

Cicero police have nothing better to do than pull over senior citizens anyway..

Hey nowang- go collect your welfare check and yell at the police for your front porch as they drive by. Bashing the police is easy to do, especially when you have nothing else to do...

so police had a good idea what kind of car they were driving and surveillance pictures of them, but couldn't close the case themselves? stellar police work.
