Raw Video: Surveillance video of the suspects Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- While you're out and about, keep an eye on your purse and wallet. Also try to avoid carrying credit cards around.
If your belongings end up in the wrong hands it can be quite a mess.
Video surveillance cameras caught a man and two women buying some polo shirts and other clothing with stolen credit cards.
Police say it was around 1:50 p.m. on August 6 when the man and women shopped for a while and then made their way to the register, using what police say were five stolen credit cards.
Police have no idea whether they're the ones who swiped the cards, but the wallet was stolen from a purse that had been placed under a desk in an office of a local hospital.
Authorities say the trio racked up $261 in purchases at Macy's and made trips to other stores at Carousel Center, including Finish Line and Best Buy.
The surveillance video (left) is very good. Take a good look at it. There are two young women and a man, probably around 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 inches tall.
The suspects could face grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property charges.
