Man 'Caught on Tape' stealing $1,500 worth of razor blade refills
Cortlandville (WSYR-TV) -- Cortland County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a suspect they say stole $1,500 worth of razor blade refills from the Topps Market in Cortlandville.
Deputies say the suspect stole the refills on August 3 and August 10.
The man was seen getting away in a white or light colored Subaru.
