Oswego (WSYR-TV) -- Police say they've arrested a man caught on tape stealing a flat screen TV from an unlocked room at Captain’s Quarters at the Best Western in Oswego.
After featuring the suspect on air and online, police say numerous tips were called in. Thanks to our viewers the suspect, identified as 23-year-old Michael Tyo, of East Second Street in Oswego, was arrested.
Police say Tyo stole the flat screen TV on October 25.
