Fulton (WSYR-TV) -- Fulton Police are asking for your help locating and identifying two men caught on tape using a stolen credit card at a Red Box machine.
The suspects (pictured) are seen pulling up in an early 2000, black, four-door Mitsubishi Lancer. A half hour before stopping at the Price Chopper in Fulton, they may have been at the YMCA parking lot where the victim’s purse had been stolen from her car.
