RAW Video: Scrap metal thieves Caught on TapeDeWitt (WSYR-TV) – DeWitt Police are looking for help in their effort to catch two men they say were Caught on Tape stealing scrap metal on June 27.
The alleged theft occurred at the “Frey the Wheelman” business located at 6175 Eastern Ave. in DeWitt. The two white males were recorded on a surveillance camera stealing approximately $400 in metal motor vehicle parts after cutting the lock off of a secure dumpster.
