Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – State Police are trying to identify a person who they believe used a stolen credit card to purchase items throughout Onondaga County.

They are trying to identify a person who they believe was Caught on Tape using the credit card, which they say was stolen at the State Fair.

Police believe a second person is also involved, but surveillance images including that person have not been released.
