Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- On the Lookout no more for a suspected purse thief. Emily Horning, 19, has been charged with grand larceny in not one, but two purse snatchings.
Syracuse Police investigators say its Horning in surveillance video taken from the July incident at the Onondaga Boulevard Wegmans.
Horning is accused of stealing customer's purse out of her cart. Horning is also a possible suspect in a purse theft from the Wegman's store in Geddes, that also happened in July.
