Tips lead to credit card theft suspect's arrest
Phoenix (WSYR-TV) -- Thanks to your tips, Phoenix Police have arrested a Liverpool man wanted on stolen credit card charges.
42-year-old Timothy Silvernail is accused of stealing a woman's credit card at a local grocery store in Phoenix and then using it at stores in Clay, Liverpool, North Syracuse and Oswego County.
Silvernail was arraigned on charges Tuesday night.
