Manlius (WSYR-TV) – Police in the Town of Manlius have released surveillance photos of two women accused of cashing forged checks at a Rochester bank, that were issued from a Manlius business.
Police say its unclear if the suspects are from the local area and may have just traveled to the Rochester bank in hopes of alluding local authorities.
