Of course we all resent someone using our tax dollars to get something or more then what their entitled to. That being said I just have to address the quote beneath me of "I have never spent more then $200.00 for 1 weeks worth of groceries ever" I want to know how you do that. I just shop for 3, I buy what I can at Alldi’s and for the rest I go to pricechopper, using coupons and such. Just getting your fruit and vegetables is horrendous. One days trip is usually at least 160.00 and that’s not counting going to the store for the extras you forgot or when you run out of bread and milk. And that’s for a family of 3! If someone has 4 children and they genuinely need food stamps 200 is not to much.

OMG OMG ok heres the SCOOP ...our county hands out WAY too much money in food stamps,you see,food stamps are for food only and not the other items that We have to add to Our grocery lists ,shampoo , paper towels,soaps ect,but i know of a true "ivory garbage" woman who lives in east syracuse..who has 4 kids...who gets like [dont quote me cause i dont know the true amount] $200 or more per week in food stamps..i have NEVER spent $200 for one weeks grocerys ever!! so she brags to everyone that she sells $125 worth of stamps every week for her cable tv and super modern cellphone and conputer..nice,huh? Iam not defending Madoff. I was simply using the situation as an example. The justice system is broken. I'm sorry but I don't put money above people.
