Kevin Howard was arrested Tuesday morning. He was located at a relative’s house around 7:50am. The fugitive task force received a number of anonymous tips, saying he was staying at a house in the town of Salina.

Do you know the agony of having a family member on drugs... and the pain of trying to help him.. the pain of watching them slip away and the fear of them dying or hurting someone?. DO NOT DARE TO JUDGE THIS FAMILY!!!. I can assure u that they are glad he is off the street. I am sure not a day went by where when they woke up , the anxiety and pain was there for them. As for Kevin ... i pray that he finds the help he so desperately needs. Only then can he start to make amends and start the healing for every one that has been hurt by his actions.. Kevin ..i pray u find Jesus, He is the only one that can transform lives.

Drugs are an awful thing I hope none of you ever have children that turn to that life style. They rot in front of your eyes, they lie they steal from you. You try to get them professional help, but they choose not to take it. You live your life in fear and you wait for a call that they are in jail or worse that they are dead. Yes Kevin hurt alot of people including his whole family. For the record the anonymous tip was made by his family; they also wanted him off the street. It is every parents nightmare. Please leave his family out of it. KELI4 give me a call I would like to talk to you.

Kevin was an informant to the cops he abused it, he robbed people all the time hes a punk n h did shoot pills him and his girlfiend boiled down the pills and shot them up. Im glad they got him hes a punk.

for one, kevin doesnt do H, get it right he does OCs thank u, for 2, kevin has been tryin to be a BIG drug dealer his whole life and guess what he isnt and wont be cause he just pops his profit so yes POPO go get the BIG DEALERS and sha go to bed y dont you have anything else to do at 1218am???, for 3, Keli, if you think this boy is a "career criminal" then you havent had a taste of a "career ciminal" for that i am glad but Kev isnt even close, ohhhhh so what he'll rob a car for some change or your deck and buy pills with it and its better that he doesnt help his kid, the child is better off without him ha Kev is a child his self lol, so with that i am going to(according to you people) smoke dope now. Cusemama,do you think all the big dealers started out big?Or do you think that they started like little dirtbag kevin.Maybe if the POPO got them when they were just little pukes like kevin there would not be so many big dealers.you must smoke dope cause you cant think past your ass.
