Phoenix, Oswego Co. (WSYR-TV) - The Phoenix Police Chief says he recognized the "Fugitive of the Week" profiled as someone who lived in the village.
Chief Rod Carr says he recognized the perp, Michael Burr as someone who lives in Phoenix. Carr told NewsChannel 9 he went over to the suspect's place, got him out of bed, and cuffed him.
Burr is accused of buying thousands of dollars in merchandise using a woman's stolen credit card.

Police say 24-year-old Michael Burr didn't just buy a few things during a shopping trip in the Town of Clay.
He's accused of buying thousands of dollars in merchandise using a woman's stolen credit card.
Wanted for forgery, the Fugitive Task Force has checked addresses in Baldwinsville and the Phoenix area, and have run out of leads.
Burr is 5’6”, 162 lbs, with a medium build and brown hair.
