Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A fugitive wanted on multiple warrants was recently arrested thanks to a tip from someone who saw his picture at OnTheLookout.net. Raymond Graves is OnTheLookout arrest number 196.

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The latest Fugitive of the Week has evaded the warrant squad for weeks. He's failed to show up for scheduled court appearances on charges of robbery, criminal contempt and harassment. The incidents all involved his ex-girlfriend.
His name is Raymond Graves and his last known address is on the 1100 block of McBride Street. His criminal history includes 19 arrests.
"We do believe he is in the City and he is aware that police are looking to pick him up on these warrants," Sgt. John Savage said. "We have spoken to members of his family who reside on Syracuse's East and South Sides."
Raymond Graves has a medium build. He is 5'6" tall and weighs 175 pounds.
