Utica (WSYR-TV) – A Utica man with an extensive criminal history who violated his parole was arrested early Tuesday morning.
Police arrested Stephen James Dineen on the 1600 block of Genesee Street.
In January, Dineen was arrested for stalking and criminal trespassing.
His criminal history includes domestic violence toward women, fleeing police, larceny, and burglary.

Utica (WSYR-TV) -- The Utica Police Department is asking for you to be On the Lookout for a man wanted for violation of probation out of Oneida County.
Police say Stephen James Dineen was arrested in January 2011 for stalking and criminal trespassing.
Dineen's criminal history includes a history of domestic violence toward women, as well as fleeing from police, larceny and burglary.
Police say Dineen is known to frequent the S. Genesee Street area near McDonalds, Holland Avenue, Wall Street and Bleeker Street.
