Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man wanted in connection with a shooting in Brewerton has turned himself in.

Onondaga County Sheriff’s deputies say Dustin Hall, 21, turned himself in to deputies Wednesday.

Deputies believe Hall is responsible for shooting 30-year-old Adam Davis of Central Square and 25-year-old Craig Wells of Salina on Saturday, April 4.

Hall has been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of criminal use of a firearm.

Deputies say that Saturday, 20-year-old Joshua Lannie was hosting a party when a fight broke out between Lannie and both Davis and Wells; Hall then allegedly pulled out a 9mm handgun and fired several shots. Police say Lannie also tried to use a gun, but it misfired.

Davis and Wells were both injured and drove themselves to the hospital, while Lannie and Hall took off.

Deputies say detectives eventually recovered four handguns in connection with the incident,  including the gun believed to have been used by Hall.

Hall was arraigned in Cicero Town Court Wednesday afternoon.

Lannie, who was arrested shortly after the incident, remains at the Onondaga County Justice Center on $50,000 bail.

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - We're learning new details about a double shooting back on April 4th in Brewerton. So far, Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies have made one arrest, and remain On the Lookout for a second man.

Investigators say they are worried about what they found in that man's apartment. Not knowing his state of mind, they've named him their Fugitive of the Week.

Police say uninvited guests started trouble during a party inside the home of 20-year-old Joshua Lannie.  Police believe Lannie's gun misfired but his friend's gun did not.

Police say Dustin Hall, 21, struck one individual three times and another individual once.  One of the victims was pistol-whipped and bitten, according to Sgt. Bob Conely, with the Fugitive Task Force.

The victims drove themselves to the hospital. Police say the suspects took off.

Hall was living in an apartment building along Burnet Avenue in the City of Syracuse. Police executed a search warrant but there were no signs Hall had returned to the apartment after the shooting. Inside, they did find two handguns, but they were not used in the shooting.

Monday night, sheriff's deputies recovered two of the guns that may have been used in the double shooting.  A neighbor called sheriff's deputies after spotting a bag in a creek on White Road.

Deputies had information the suspects dumped the guns there, but a prior search turned up empty.  Inside the bag were two guns, including a 9mm that was still loaded.

"We learned from Hall’s family and friends that he is a drug abuser," Sgt. Conely said. Investigators strongly believe he has access to handguns, given what was recovered in the search warrant and what he's alleged to have used in the shooting.

Hall has ties to Oswego County, and the Fugitive Task Force says folks in Mexico, Hastings, the City of Oswego and the City of Auburn should be on the lookout for Hall.

Hall was working at an auto parts store in Syracuse.  His co-workers haven't seen or heard from him either.
