Hurry up and get him through the court system so he can get right out again and do something more serious.

Joslyn - I would like to know what jail you have been in that you ate better and your "freedom" was better. I know the jail that I was in.. the food was barely edible, and the portions wouldn't fill my 3 year old... rec time consisted of going outside and walking in a square 1-2 hours a day on what was supposed to be a basketball court.. that was the worst 8 days of my life and you will NEVER catch me behind bars again. What you see on TV.. even the reality lock up and locked down shows is NOTHING like it really is behind bars. They truly do glorify it.

The food is awful in jail. It's so expensive due to all the costs, employees, Dr.'s, nurses, CO's, utilities, education provided, etc. It's constant around the clock care. There's nothing wonderful about, and no one enjoys it.

Maxinhomer, They eat and have better rec time then you and I. Oh ya we pay for that, that is why we can't afford them!!

Maxinhomer - 3/31/2009 11:39 AM
They let them out cause it’s so expensive. But why does jail cost so much? If you commit and are convicted of a crime, you should have zero rights. You get one appeal, you're turned down; too bad. Bread, water, and a five-gallon bucket to go to the bathroom in shouldn't be that expensive.

Did I read that he made bail??? on who's credit card?? Hmm made bail should be a little higher???? Justice sys hard at work to get him out again...Sounds like he needs some major Rehab. I know a lot of people want to give someone a 2nd chance but seriously I woul not let this guy in my house for any reaons. Use your gut feelings. Lets all keep our eyes open for this guy

what ever happened to 3 strikes and you're out?! How about this idea, instead of jail, drag em out back, pop a cap in his ass, and be done with it!

Looks like he can't stand the smell of himself....
