Fugitive of the Week: Could be living on the street
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The Fugitive Task Force is once again putting NewsChannel 9 viewers On the Lookout. This time, the police need help finding a wanted woman who could be living on the streets.
47-year-old Sonja Goodwin was placed on probation for a term of three years for assault. She has failed to report for probation and when police checked her last known address there were no signs of her.
Goodwin had been living on Syracuse's North Side in an apartment on the 2500 block of Lodi Street. In September, she was evicted. Detectives working the case were notified that she had been living on the streets.
“She could be anywhere in the city. She could even be living under a bridge or in someone else's home. We have no information on her right now,” said Fugitive Task Force Supervisor Joe Ciciarelli. “We would like to get her back into custody and get her some help.”
Goodwin is 5-foot-2 and 167 pounds.
Anyone with information can call the task force’s confidential tip line at (315) 473-7625.
