Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- This week’s fugitive has been on the run since December and police are hoping you can help them track him down.
Freddie Jackson is wanted for criminal possession of a weapon. Jackson’s wife says he tried to hurt her with a knife.
“The wife is afraid of him. He has somewhat of a violent past and has had over 11 arrests that have contained narcotics, as well as assault charges,” said Fugitive Task Force Supervisor, Joe Ciciarelli.
Ciciarelli says cases like this are frustrating because there are people who have information, but won’t talk about it.
“They just don’t want to come forward and tell us. Our investigators have to interview people over and over again,” Ciciarelli said.
