Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- The Syracuse Police Warrant Squad is again putting you “On the Lookout” for an alleged abuser.
Syracuse Police say Jamal Abney violated a court order to stay away from his girlfriend, three times, in the past two months.
Syracuse Police are concerned for the victim's safety.
“It does seem to be escalating. Obviously, our concern is for the female and anybody who may be around when she’s confronted by him,” Sergeant John Savage said.
Abney is 41 years old, 6’1” tall and weighs 190 pounds. He’s recently been spotted on Syracuse’s North Side and has friends on the West Side, as well as contacts in the New Jersey area.
