Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- This week’s fugitive is a convicted cocaine dealer wanted for breaking probation rules.
Ray Ross was released from prison in September and they haven’t seen him since, which is a violation of his Federal probation.
“It’s put into place, so there’s no more criminal activity, once someone doesn’t report we can only assume the criminal activity has started up again. So we need to get him off the street,” Fugitive Task Force Supervisor Joe Ciciarelli said.
Ross had been living in the Pennelville area, but his family says they haven’t seen him. Ross is 32 years old, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.
