Auburn (WSYR-TV) - The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office hopes the public can help them find a man wanted in connection with the 2009 burglary of the Fleming Pit Stop Mini-Mart.
An arrest warrant for Charles J. Smith, Jr., also known as "Buddy," charges him with burglary and petit larceny.
Smith is 5' 9" tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. He is 33 years old and his last known address was at 391 East Gibson Street in Canandaigua. The Sheriff's Office says he has been known to frequent the City of Auburn.
