Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are looking for a convicted sex offender and they need your help.
39-year-old Terrance Walker was convicted of raping a 10-year-old girl, but hasn’t registered as a sex offender.
“They know they’re supposed to be registered. They know they’re supposed to notify police if they change addresses,” explained Sgt. John Savage.
Walker was sent to prison for the rape, but his failure to register as a sex offender is one of two warrants he’s wanted on. He’s also wanted for harassment after a fight with his girlfriend, according to police.
“He punched her and knocked her to the ground and physically pushed her around,” Sgt. Savage told NewsChannel 9.
Walker is 225 pounds, six feet tall and has “South Central” tattooed on both forearms. If you know where police can find him, call the Warrant Squad’s confidential tip line at 442-5230. The New York State Sex Offender Registry
