Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are putting you ‘On the Lookout’ for a man accused of violating an order of protection and threatening to put a bullet in his ex-girlfriend’s head.
The first time we profiled 29-year-old Timothy Williams in November as the Fugitive of the Week, the NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force got plenty of tips on where he could be, but they haven’t caught him yet.
“What we’re developing is that there are four or five people having him elude capture,” said Fugitive Task Force detective Keith Hall. “I think he just has enough friends that are willing to put their neck on the line. It’s just best at this time that he turn himself in and the people who are helping him out should understand they’re subject to arrest as well.”
Williams’ last known address was in Clay. He has friends in Liverpool and he’s been spotted on Syracuse’s West Side. That’s where police think he’s been hiding out.
Williams (pictured) is five-foot-eleven and weighs 260 pounds.
