Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – He’s a man wanted for having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old female, but police have not had any signs from him in over two years. The Fugitive Task Force is hoping you can help them out.
Joseph Santos is wanted for rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
He has few known ties to the Syracuse area, and there is very little information about him. The Fugitive Task Force suspects he may have fled the area at some point, but believe he is back. “He has no prior criminal record, so any information we have on him is very limited,” said Joseph Ciciarelli, the Fugitive Task Force Supervisor.
Joseph Santos is 5’ 5”, weighs 130 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair.
