Man with history of narcotics arrests wanted for probation violation: Fugitive of the Week
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- This week’s fugitive is wanted for violating his probation on a drug charge. Syracuse Police are hoping you can help them find Kahul Howard.
Police say Howard has a series of narcotics arrests, but they don't have a current address for him. His last known address was on Furman Street.
Howard is 5’10” tall and weighs 190 pounds.
