Syracuse Police find fugitive hiding in a closet
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police have arrested a fugitive involved in a serious domestic incident the day before Halloween on the city's North Side.
Police say an anonymous caller gave them the address of 22-year-old Gary Paris. Warrant Squad members found Paris hiding in a closet in an apartment on Lodi Street in the city.
He’s accused of getting into a violent altercation with a woman and then stealing property.
"He's alleged to have kicked and punched a female acquaintance, and stole some property, and then fled the area," said Sgt. John Savage.
He’s also wanted in East Syracuse on a drug charge and had refused to show up for his court dates.
