Cortland County (WSYR-TV) -- The victim of a brutal assault in Cortland remains in critical condition, but police say they’ve arrested a suspect in connection with the crime.
Kaywon Pittman, 24, is being held without bail. The assault happened early Saturday morning.
The victim, 25-year-old Robert Miller is still in the hospital fighting to survive.
