Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police are on the lookout for a man who robbed the M&T Bank in the 3000 block of James Street in the Eastwood section of Syracuse.
The robbery happened around 8:30 Wednesday morning.
A white male, approximately 25 to 30-years-old walked into the bank, showed a gun and demanded money. Following the robbery, he walked down a side street, got into a vehicle, and left the area.
Syracuse Police spokesperson Sgt. Tom Connellan says the suspect was last seen wearing a yellow jacket with a number "3" on it, had a mask covering half his face, displayed a large caliber handgun, and got away in a nearby parked vehicle.
Police are working to access bank surveillance camera photos.
