Central Square, New York (WSYR-TV) - A Central Square man has been charged with sexually abusing a child who was under the age of 11 several times over the last few months.
The Oswego County Sheriff's Department says David D. Duell, 42, had several forced sexual encounters with the child between May and July 2011.
Duell is being held at the Oswego County Jail without bail and is charged with one count of course of sexual conduct, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
