Clay (WSYR-TV) -- A town of Clay man has been arrested in connection with a
Sunoco gas station robbery on Sunday.
Nicholas A. D’Arrigo, 29, was arrested on Wednesday.
Police say an attentive gas station attendant at a nearby Citgo called police after recognizing the suspect seen in surveillance photos.
The attendant was able to provide information to detectives who later located D’Arrigo at his house.
D’Arrigo is charged with Robbery in the 2nd degree and Assault in the 3rd degree. He is being held at the Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. He’s due back in court on March 19.
