Cortland Sheriff’s investigators On the Lookout for person who left accident scene
Cortland (WSYR-TV) – The Cortland County Sheriff Department is On the Lookout for the man they believe left the scene of an accident in the Town of Homer.
Christopher Humphrey is wanted by the Sheriff’s Department in connection with an ongoing investigation. Humphrey is wanted for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in serious injury and endangering the welfare of a child.
