Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are looking for a suspect they say robbed the Diamond Market on Court Street at gunpoint earlier this month.

Police say a black man entered the store with a bandana over his face, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect got away with cigarettes and cash, police said. No one was hurt.

The suspect was wearing what appeared to be a black hooded Champion sweatshirt, a red Cincinnati Reds baseball cap, and dark pants in addition to the bandana. The suspect may also have a mark or a tattoo near one of his eyes.

An investigation continues. If you have any information that could help police in this case, call 442-5222.
