Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A Liverpool man accused of being involved in the Catherine Street stabbing of Dranton Harris, 30, was arrested on Sunday.
Police say Jerry Garrett, 28, of Liverpool, along with another man and woman, attacked Harris after a fight over drugs.
As they ran from the scene, police say a member of the group punched Julie Lee, 52, in the head. Police say that she fell down the stairs and was stomped on.
Both Lee and Harris are expected to survive their injuries.
Garrett is charged with assault in the first and second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree

Man stabbed, woman attacked by group
SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police are searching for three suspects who left their victims with serious injuries.
Around 3:00 Saturday morning, police say an argument started between 30-year old Dranton Harris and two black males and a black female in front of an apartment at 505 Catherine Street.
Witnesses say the suspects jumped Harris and stabbed him several times in the lower legs and then hit him in the head with a tire iron.
According to investigators, as the suspects ran from the apartment, one of them punched 52-year old Julie Lee in the head, knocking her down a staircase. They then kicked her several times in the head and back, before running off.
Both victims were taken to University Hospital. Police say Lee is in critical condition and doctors have her in a medically-induced coma. Harris has serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects are described as two black males in their 20's, one with a medium build, the other with a muscular build and a black female.
