Oswego (WSYR-TV) – A 68-year-old Oswego County man is behind bars after being charged with sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Investigators with the Oswego County Sheriff’s office say Joseph Manoni, of McCracken Drive in Oswego allegedly had sexual contact with individuals less than eleven years of age at a Town of Oswego residence around May 16.
Manoni was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
