Man stabbed multiple times near SU campus

SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) - A man was stabbed multiple times near the Syracuse University campus Saturday morning.

It happened at about 2:15 p.m. in front of Acropolis Pizza on Marshall Street.

According to Syracuse Police, 26-year-old Jery Augustine was stabbed in the chest and back while standing in the middle of a large fight.

Witnesses on the scene were unable to provide detectives with any information regarding the suspect.

Augustine was taken to Upstate University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
