Weedsport (WSYR-TV) – Cayuga County Sheriff’s Deputies are On The Lookout for six men who robbed a Weedsport family at knifepoint.
The incident happened Monday morning on East Brutus Road around 1:30. Detectives say six black men parked a block away on an adjacent road near the home. Investigators believe they were familiar with the home and its owners.
When the men entered the home, they demanded money from the family who lived there. One of the men even assaulted one of the homeowners.
