Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are looking for three people involved in the armed robbery of a pizza delivery man Sunday night.

The 42-year-old victim was about to make a delivery, standing outside his vehicle in front of 405 W. Beard Ave. just after 11 p.m. when police say the three suspects walked up to him.

One man had a shotgun and a second appeared to have a handgun, according to police. Both of those suspects are described as black men in their late teens. There is no description of the third suspect.

Police say the three stole food, the victim’s wallet and cell phone, and items from his vehicle.

The victim was struck in the head during the incident, according to police, but did not want to be treated.

Syracuse Police are continuing to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Division at 442-5222.
