Police looking for 3 suspects who robbed, assaulted SU student

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are looking for three suspects in a robbery that occurred early Monday morning in the University area.

The victim, a male Syracuse University student, told police that three black males approached him near Comstock Avenue and Harrison Street and demanded his money and his phone.

The suspects then attacked the victim, who was cut on the ear and struck in the face, arms, and legs.

The suspects were last seen running toward Thornden Park.

The police offered the following suspect descriptions:
  • Black male, 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, early 20s, with a goatee, wearing a dark hooted sweatshirt
  • Black male, 5-10, 190 pounds, early 20s, puffy NorthFace coat
  • Black male, early 20s
