Police looking for shooter who robbed man of his earrings

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are looking for a suspect who shot a man multiple times and took the victim's diamond earrings.

Patrick Stephens, 22, was shot in the arm, thigh, and buttocks by an unknown suspect on South Avenue near Eastman Avenue.

Police say Stephens told them he fought with the suspect before he was shot and earrings were taken.

After being shot, the victim told police he waked several blocks to a store on South Avenue and West Colvin where he called his family, who drove him home.

Around 10:20 p.m., he was taken to the hospital.

Police could not find the scene of the shooting.
