Police release sketch of ‘person of interest’ in stabbing

Homer (WSYR-TV) -- A man who was stabbed outside his home in Cortland County shared his story with NewsChannel 9 Friday night, as police continue to search for his attacker.

Dustin Golden says he saw a man outside his house on Maple Avenue and when he went outside to investigate he was slashed in the arm.

Take a look at the attached sketch. Police would like to talk to the person seen in the sketch concerning the incident. Police say he’s considered a “person of interest” in the case.

The person police are looking to question is between 20 to 30 years old and is about 6’1” tall. He also has a snake tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Police say the victim did not know his attacker.
