Manlius (WSYR-TV) -- Police in Manlius are looking for a man they say took off with a bicycle, valued at nearly $5,500, after taking it for test run on Sunday.

Police say the man (pictured) entered Bike Loft East on West Seneca Street and stole a 2012 BMC Race Machine bicycle – a rare bike that may be one of only three in New York State. Police say the man asked to test out the bicycle and even asked employees to adjust the handlebars, but never returned

If you have any information on this case, you’re asked to call 682-TMPD or send an email with your tips to tips@manliuspolice.org.
