Cicero (WSYR-TV) – The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance video they believe shows a suspect from a 2012 bank robbery in the town of Cicero.
The Sheriff’s Office along with Cicero Police responded to a reported robbery at Community Bank at 5968 Route 31 shortly before 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2012.
Surveillance video shows a white male enter the bank and go to a teller’s window.
Sheriff’s Investigators say the man handed the teller a note that indicated he was armed and demanding money.
He fled the bank with cash.
No one was injured during the incident, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
They say the suspect is in his 20s and approximately 5-foot-8 or 5-9 and weighs around 175 pounds.
He has short, dark hair and, during the time of the incident, he was wearing a dark-colored zip-up sweater with blue jeans and gray sneakers.
