Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police say a 54-year-old man robbed the Rite Aid Pharmacy, located at 401 W. Seneca Turnpike, Friday night and Saturday morning.
Police say Robert Austin of Syracuse entered the store around 6 p.m. Friday and handed the cashier a note demanding money.
Austin ran away with some cash, police said.
On Saturday, at about 9:35 a.m., police said Austin returned to the store, handed another note demanding money to the clerk and started to leave the store with some cash.
As Austin was leaving, police said the store manager stopped him, made him go back into the store where the manager held him until Syracuse Police officers arrived and took him into custody.
Police say no one was hurt.
In Saturday's incident, Austin is charged with Third Degree Robbery and Petit Larceny.
In Friday's robbery, Austin is charged with Third Degree Robbery.
He is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending his arraignment in Syracuse City Court on Sunday.
