Syracuse Police looking for suspect who robbed Jreck Subs with a butcher knife

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are looking for a suspect who reportedly robbed a Jreck Subs in the city’s Valley area armed with a butcher knife Tuesday night.

Police say a man entered the eatery at 1601 Valley Dr. around 9:55 p.m. and forced all of the employees onto the floor. He stole cash from the register and ran away. Police did not know which direction the man ran toward.

No one was injured during the incident.

Police say they are looking for a suspect in his mid 20s who is 5-foot-7 with a thin build.
