Utica Police investigate armed drugstore robbery

Utica (WSYR-TV) – Utica Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a drugstore with a handgun on Wednesday.

According to police, the suspect entered a Rite Aid location at 1924 Genesee St. and threatened a clerk with a gun.

The suspect has been described as a 6-foot tall, black man, with a muscular build. During the robbery, he was described as wearing a dark mask and gloves.

The man got away with some cash.

The company is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
