Cicero (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse woman is facing charges stemming from DVD thefts at a Cicero Kinney Drug location.

52-year-old Deborah Seales has been charged with two counts of petit larceny. She turned herself in on Monday after a relative recognized her on surveillance video featured on NewsChannel 9’s On The Lookout segment and convinced her to talk to police.

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office also charged Seales with an additional count of petit larceny.

The Sheriff’s Office says she is being sought by police in several other Central New York municipalities including Lafayette, Hamilton, and Canastota in investigations into shoplifting.

She has a history of problems with the law, police say.
