Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Complainants in the DeBeers Diamonds class-action lawsuit could receive their checks in the mail as soon as this spring.
DeBeers recently updated its webpage to indicate that checks have already been sent to retailers.
They say money will be sent to consumers in the next few months.
There’s really no way of calculating how much each person will receive if their case has been approved. Recipients won’t know until the check arrives in the mail.
